Mr. Krishna Kale is a dynamic young social entrepreneur with proven expertise in finance, governance, and institutional leadership. He holds a Master’s degree in Commerce (M.Com) from Dr. Babasaheb Ambedkar Marathwada University (BAMU) and has strong capabilities in financial planning, compliance management, and organizational development. He has successfully completed his tenure as Secretary of the IIRD organization, where he played a key role in strengthening systems and operational efficiency. As the Founder President of Ahilyadevi Gramin Vikas Sevabhavi Sanstha, he provides visionary leadership in designing and implementing community-driven rural development initiatives, with a focus on transparency, sustainability, and inclusive growth.

Dinesh Bhosale is a seasoned rural development professional and a Bachelor of Agricultural Engineering graduate from Mahatma Phule Krushi Vidyapith (MPKV), Rahuri. With over 10 years of hands-on experience in watershed management, natural resource governance, and sustainable rural development, he has led and supported large-scale, community-driven initiatives focused on water security, climate-resilient agriculture, and livelihood enhancement. His strong technical expertise, combined with deep grassroots engagement, has enabled measurable impact across diverse rural landscapes in Maharashtra. He has successfully completed the prestigious Chief Minister’s Rural Development Fellowship, reflecting his leadership capacity, field-based experience, and commitment to inclusive and resilient rural development.

Mr. Akshay Kharad is an agriculture professional with strong expertise in sustainable and climate-resilient agriculture. He has completed his Master’s degree in Agriculture and brings over 8 years of experience working in the agriculture and rural development sector. He has been actively involved in the implementation of various government agriculture projects, collaborating with government departments and local institutions for effective field-level execution. His experience includes farmer mobilization, capacity building, promotion of sustainable farming practices, and monitoring of project outcomes. Through his work with NGOs, he has contributed to improving farmer livelihoods, natural resource management, and sustainable rural development.

Sachin Gore is a development professional with 11+ years of experience in watershed development and community institution building. He has contributed to making over 57 villages water-secure through participatory and technically sound approaches.He has trained 500+ individuals in business management, livelihood development, and sustainable practices, and specializes in designing practical training programs and modules for sustainable development. He has conducted trainings across multiple states in India, working effectively with diverse communities.He focuses on building sustainable livelihoods, strong community institutions, and scalable development models.

Dr. Balaji Uchitkar is an academician and researcher in the field of Botany, having completed his M.Sc. in Botany and Ph.D. with specialization in Angiosperm (flowering plant) taxonomy. He is associated with the Department of Botany, Dr. Babasaheb Ambedkar Marathwada University, Aurangabad, where he is engaged in teaching, research, and academic mentoring. His research focuses on the systematic classification, identification, and documentation of flowering plants, with a strong emphasis on regional flora, biodiversity assessment, and conservation studies. Through his scholarly contributions, Dr. Uchitkar continues to strengthen botanical research and promote biodiversity conservation in the Deccan region of Maharashtra.

Ms. Shital Satpute is an Accounts and Administration professional with a Bachelor’s degree in Commerce and 5 years of experience in handling accounting, administrative operations, and office management. She brings strong skills in financial record-keeping, documentation, and organizational coordination.
