Since we do not sell any products or services, and donations are immediately allocated towards our charitable activities, **refunds or cancellations are not possible under any circumstances**.

Donors are requested to donate carefully and ensure correctness of the amount before making the contribution.

Transaction Errors

In case of a genuine technical error during payment (such as double deduction), donors may contact us with valid proof. Such cases will be reviewed on a best-effort basis.
